In most cases you are able return your item for an exchange. You will need to let us know you would like exchange when you create your return request.
Once your return has been received and verified, we'll send you an email letting you know your return has been processed, and your refund or exchange is on its way. If an exchange item is available, we'll send you another email with your new order details.
Any exchanged items will be sent to the original delivery address using the same delivery service as your original order.
Where we are unable to offer a repair or exchange, you will be refunded - the funds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
